Clinical Associate

Jessica Blair, MSW, RSW

Jessica (she/her) is a registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Social Work from Carleton University.

Jessica has over 20 years of experience supporting adults with complex and high-acuity mental health needs across hospital, outpatient, and community mental health settings. Her clinical focus includes emotional dysregulation, trauma (including identity-based trauma), borderline personality disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, and life transitions. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts work and integration.

Her therapeutic approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in authenticity, collaboration, and respect. Jessica aims to co-create safe, inclusive spaces that foster emotional insight and build practical coping tools. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for the lived experiences and identities of her clients. As a clinician with both professional expertise and lived experience on her own healing journey, Jessica brings a grounded and empathetic understanding to her work—fostering deep attunement, authenticity, and trust with clients facing complex emotional and mental health challenges.

Jessica provides individual therapy in person and remotely across Ontario. Outside of her practice, Jessica enjoys creating healing-centered community spaces, exploring nature, and making her kids laugh as often as possible.
